Not sure what to do with your leftover Easter chocolate? Don't let it go to waste, melt it down and create a feisty, flavourful dip for your favourite crisps.
INGREDIENTS
Leftover Easter egg chocolate
Anglesey Sea Salt flavoured crisps from local producer Pipers Crisps
Pinch of chilli flakes
METHOD
Break up leftover Easter egg chocolate (or any of your favourite milk chocolate).
Melt in a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water — don’t let the bowl touch the water.
Dip your crisps into the melted chocolate and arrange in a single layer on a lined baking tray.
Sprinkle over a pinch of chilli flakes, then chill for 15 mins, until the chocolate has set.
