Members earn cashback all year round when they shop with us - it’s one of ways we share our profits with the community. Depending on our financial performance, the Board may also approve a cashback bonus at the end of the year. Before any bonus is paid, the Board carefully reviews our financial results and trading surplus to ensure it reflects the overall success of our Co-op.
