Our recently-opened digital hub Mosaic is a new community of digital businesses in Lincoln.
It's a £1.8 million co-working space in the heart of the city centre, in Thomas Parker House on Silver Street.
The hub has been developed collaboratively by the digital community in Lincoln, working together with Lincolnshire Co-op and Lincolnshire County Council, to offer spaces designed with growing tech and digital firms in mind.
On the ground floor there’s hot desking open from 8.30am to 6pm, a lounge area with a quality coffee offer and phone booths for private calls. Exposed concrete and industrial-style fittings are part of the decor, and there’s also plenty of comfortable break-out seating and space for events.
On floor one there’s both dedicated desks and private offices, all with 24-hour access, plus meeting rooms to hire and access to ground floor facilities.
Flagship tenant school management information system (MIS) provider ScholarPack is the anchor tenant in Mosaic, after it relocated to bespoke office space in the building.
And there's more to come, as new tenants sign up and move in to join the community.
It'll also be put to use as a meeting and events space, and we'll be working with the digital community to see how else Mosaic can meet their needs in future.
