2025 Annual Members' Meeting
Our 2025 Annual Members’ Meeting took place at STACK Lincoln on Tuesday, 9 December 2025.
We welcomed our largest combined audience to date, both in person and online, with attendees joining us from across Lincolnshire and beyond. Thank you to our members, colleagues, and partners for helping make the evening such a success.

Online attendees
Only members signed into the broadcast at the start remain connected until the Chair formally ends the meeting. Members attending in-person will not be eligible for the £5 cashback.
In-person attendees
All attendees must be members of Lincolnshire Co-op, or if under 13, linked to an adult membership account.
Attendees must present their dividend app/card/key fob on arrival at STACK Lincoln
In-person attendees do not qualify for the £5 cashback.
Food and drinks vouchers
^Each in-person member attendee will receive three (3) drinks tokens and two (2) food tokens for use at event bars and food vendors. Food vendors will open after the meeting at approximately 8:00pm. Drinks tokens may be redeemed for non-alcoholic drinks before the meeting and alcoholic drinks after the meeting. Tokens are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used during the event — unused tokens cannot be redeemed at future dates.
