With household budgets feeling the squeeze, we've teamed up with Gemma Whitelock from Eat More Good Stuff to show you how to make healthy flavour packed meals.

Our first member exclusive Cook with Co-op event took place in Lincoln in October 2022, where Gemma showed members how to make a great Mexican Bean Chilli, which includes 4 portions of vegetables per serving, as well as being budget friendly.
She also went on to show how you can adapt this basic recipe to make two other meals suitable for the whole family, along with highlighting other useful cooking tips to make your food and money go further.

The recipes in this planner are all designed to maximise the amount of ‘good stuff’ in your meals across the week whilst not compromising on flavour or that comfort food feel that helps to get us through the chilly start to the new year.
