Our colleagues are keen to make a difference in their local communities – that’s why we offer each one of our 2,800 colleagues the chance spend up to 16 hours per year doing paid volunteering.

Local residents, community and voluntary groups will come together over a cuppa and cake as part of a new scheme designed to tackle loneliness and social isolation.

As well as the well-known outlets like food stores, pharmacies and post offices the Society also runs three libraries.

All of the libraries are supported by teams of dedicated volunteers from the local area.

Collection bins can be found in each one of Lincolnshire Co-op’s 89 food stores, giving generous shoppers an easy and convenient place to drop off a donation.
