PRIVACY NOTICE FOR SURVEY RESPONDENTS

Lincolnshire Co-operative Ltd (“the Society) will require and rely on your consent to collect your personal information for the purposes of our membership research. We will collect information about your shopping habits, your perception of membership / dividend card. If you are interested in the prize draw, we will collect your name, email address and phone number.

We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR). The legal basis for processing your data is based on your consent.

The Survey is operated by Habit 5 Limited, based in the United Kingdom and the details you share with us as part of this survey is shared and registered with them. This Privacy Notice for Survey Respondents should be read in conjunction with the Data Privacy and Policy of Lincolnshire Co-operative Limited (“Lincolnshire Co-op” or “the Society”) available on our website at Privacy policy (lincolnshire.coop).

We assure you that data collected in this survey will be secured against unlawful and unauthorized access. Where necessary, the published results and findings will be anonymized.

You are entitled to the following rights:

  • request for and access personal data collected and stored by Lincolnshire Co-op;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • object to automated decision making;
  • request rectification and modification of data kept by Lincolnshire Co-op;
  • request for deletion of data;
  • be informed of and entitled to provide consent prior to the processing of data for purposes other than that for which the personal data were collected;
  • request the movement of data by Lincolnshire Co-op to a Third Party;
  • request that Lincolnshire Co-op restricts the processing of such information.

Lincolnshire Co-op will take all necessary steps to ensure it has an appropriate level of protection and that the transfer is lawful. Details of the protection given to your data when it is transferred shall be provided to you upon request. Your personal data will be kept for a period specified in Lincolnshire’s Co-op retention policy.

Under the terms of Lincolnshire Co-Op’s agreement with Habit 5, any data shared will be kept securely, treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of this research. Your response will be anonymised and aggregated with responses from other participants in our analysis.
