In summer 2017 we issued new dividend cards and key fobs to all our members. However we have been unable to issue a new card to some members for who we don't hold up to date contact details. If you haven’t received your new card yet then please contact our Membership team on 01522 781 135 or email email@example.com so that we can check your details and issue you with your new card and fob. Once you have contacted us, it will take up to 14 days for these to arrive.

Yes! Simply ask for your dividend to be saved for you at the till point and keep hold of your till receipt. Then you have 28 days to claim your dividend online or by presenting your card, key fob or app, along with your till receipt, in any Lincolnshire Co-op store. There is no facility to have dividend added to your account at our Head Office in Lincoln.
There are two ways you can apply for a dividend card. Apply online by clicking here or fill in a paper application form available in all of our branches.
Dividend is issued at a rate of 1% in food stores (some exclusions apply), travel branches and our florist. A rate of 2% is issued in pharmacies and coffee shops, and a rate of 5% in our funeral services. You’ll also receive 1p for every 5 litres of fuel purchased in our filling stations. Look out for double, triple and 10% dividend offers to boost your balance.

Your member number is the six digit number at the bottom left of your dividend card. Lost your dividend card? Don’t worry, click here to request a new one.
At our Annual Members' Meetings, our members decide on a percentage of our profits to be paid out in dividend bonus. The bonus is based on the amount of dividend you've received in the last year (September-August), so the more you've spent, the greater your bonus will be. Our dividend bonus is available on 30th November and your bonus will be available on your dividend card, key fob or app straight away on this date.
Every time you use your dividend card, the receipt will show your current balance in pounds and pence. Just ask at the tillpoint to pay with dividend. The value of your purchase will be deducted from your current dividend balance. You can use your dividend for full or part payment.
Please allow 14 days for your application to be processed and your membership pack to reach you. If you haven’t received it after this time, please contact our Membership team on 01522 781 135 (Mon - Fri 8.30am – 5pm).

When you shop in any of our stores and use your dividend card, your dividend balance will be shown at to the bottom of your receipt. You can also click here to sign up to our website and access your dividend balance online.
You balance will also be shown on the dividend card app once you have downloaded it.
You can download our new dividend card app from the App Store and Google Play now by searching for 'Dividend Card'. Then sign in to the app for the first time using your 6-digit membership number on the bottom left of your card or fob and the password from your online account on our website - lincolnshire.coop/myaccount
If you’ve not signed up to the website yet, you’ll need to this first before you use the app. After signing in to the app for the first time you’ll then be prompted to set a 4-digit PIN code to access the app each time you use it.
If you get the PIN wrong 4 times you will be asked you to enter your membership number and the password from our website that you used to sign in to the app for the first time. Then click sign in and set a new PIN for your app.
