Family cruises

The family friendly holiday

Cruises are a great choice for families and offer fantastic value as all meals, accommodation, and entertainment is included.

If keeping your children occupied is your main concern then there’s nothing to worry about!

Many cruise lines have clubs for youngsters from three to 17 years old, while younger children, parent and toddler sessions are also available. Staff are well-qualified, with extensive training to plan a wide range of entertainment for your kids.

Away from the clubs, there are plenty of activities on board to keep them busy ranging from climbing walls to circus schools, mini-golf, dodgems and ice-skating. On some ships your children will be able to meet their favourite characters like Shrek, Mickey Mouse, SpongeBob and Dora.

Family-friendly restaurants and flexible dining times are great when you’ve got kids and many ships have food available 24 hours a day!

As families come in all shapes and sizes, most cruise lines have a selection of staterooms to suit including family suites that can sleep up to eight, interconnecting staterooms and three to four berth staterooms.

Popular cruise lines for families include Royal Caribbean, Disney Cruise lines, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Princess Cruises, P&O Cruises, Carnival Cruise Lines and Celebrity Cruises.

Contact your nearest Lincolnshire Co-op Travel branch for more information and speak to one of our cruise specialists.
