Tattershall housing scheme

Planning permission was obtained in 2020 to build new dwellings on empty land at Harness Drive / Willows Court in Tattershall, land owned by Lincolnshire Co-op.

Now, the society is working with East Midlands Community Led Housing (EMCLH) to understand what housing needs there are in the area.

East Midlands Community Led Housing (EMCLH) is a not-for-profit organisation working to support local communities to design and build new housing schemes.

A public meeting took place in March 2023 at Tattershall Village Hall and was attended by 20 residents who shared their ideas. More details can be found in the report of the event which you can download at the bottom of the page.

Another meeting is being held on Tuesday October 3rd 2023 at 11am at Tattershall Village Hall. The aim will be to discuss responses to a survey about development, start the next stage of discussions and form a project group.

Colleagues from Lincolnshire Co-op and EMCLH have also been liasing with Tattershall Parish Council and East Lindsey District Council.

The aim is to undertake a formal housing needs analysis for the land to ensure any future development suits the community.

As well as our outlets providing valued services, Lincolnshire Co-op undertakes a variety of property developments. Find out more about what we do here.

For further information about the meeting, please contact: Martin Field from East Midlands Community Led Housing on 07976 546532 or email martinf@emclh.co.uk
