Treat yourself this festive season to a cocktail with a kick. Using Fenspirit's locally produced toffee vodka, this dalgona is an irresistible balance of sweet liquor and smooth coffee. Enjoy with friends as the night winds down.

Toffee Dalgona

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp instant coffee
  • 4 tbsp caster sugar
  • 100ml Fenspirits toffee vodka
  • 200ml cold
    skimmed milk
  • Crushed ice (optional)
  • Syrup (optional)

Method:

1 Put the instant coffee and caster sugar in a large bowl and add ¼ cup of boiling water. Whisk with an electric whisk for 3-4 minutes, until the mixture is really thick, dark caramel in colour and super frothy.

2 Stir the Fenspirits toffee vodka into 200ml of cold skimmed milk and divide between 2 medium tumblers. You can add a little crushed ice to the milk, if you like.

3 Spoon the whipped coffee on top, add a straw, and if you have a sweet tooth, drizzle with a syrup of your choice. Serve immediately.
