Lincolnshire Co-op is proud to have been part of two award-winning property projects in Lincoln's City Centre.

Property colleagues Kevin Kendall and Sam Heathershaw proudly represented Lincolnshire Co-op at Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce's recent Greater Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards 2026.

The evening highlighted the skill and innovation that drives the future of the construction and property sectors locally.

In partnership with Wykeland Group, the local co-operative took home the Development Project of the Year Under £5 Million award, for the transformative work that took place at the Waterside Centre, which restored the building's historic facade, improved access, and saw the introduction of new tenant Rituals.

And in partnership with Lindum Group and Framework Architects, Lincolnshire Co-op won Retrofit & Regeneration Project Of The Year, for the incredible restoration work at Barbican Creative Hub, bringing a historic building back to life.

These investments represent another way the co-op is supporting and providing valued services locally.
