What a winter warmer we have here...now the days are getting colder, why not warm up with this tasty toastie! 🧀

What you'll need:

  • 1/2 x 410g can baked beans
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 15g Co-op Red Leicester cheese (or equivalent), thinly sliced
  • 15g Co-op Irresistible Somerset vintage Cheddar (or equivalent), thinly sliced - or similar
  • 15g Co-op mozzarella, thinly sliced

What to do:

  1. Add the baked beans to a pan and heat through on the hob
  2. Spread the bread with the mustard
  3. Divide the three types of cheese between 2 slices of bread, spoon over the beans and top with the remaining bread slices
  4. Heat a griddle or frying pan and brown the sandwiches for a few mins on each side, pressing down gently with a spatula, until nicely toasted.

Such a tasty treat to enjoy at the weekends! 😋
