4 pitta breads
200g cherry tomatoes
16 pitted black olives
60g Lincolnshire Poacher cheese
Set oven to 200 ° C/Fan 180 ° C/Gas 6.
Put the Pitta breads on a baking tray, slice the cherry tomatoes and then arrange them on top.
Scatter four olives over each pizza and sprinkle over the cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes until the pittas are crisp and the cheese has melted.
Serve while hot.
