2tbsp of Belvoir Elderflower Cordial
150g of blueberries
150g of raspberries
300ml of double cream
Pack of 8 meringue nests
1. Combine 150g of blueberries to 150g of raspberries, then add two tablespoons of Belvoir Elderflower Cordial.
2. Whip the double cream, and then crumble in six of the meringue nests.
3. Fold in the fruit and spoon in to four glasses.
4. Crumble in the two remaining nests over the top and serve.
