Set within 20 acres of landscaped gardens and natural woodland, you can explore the many wild and endangered species of animal including Lemurs, Meerkats,Tapir, Emu’s plus many more!
The park is also home to 10 Bengal Tigers, the largest collection in the UK 🐅 and they have just been joined by the kings of the African Savannah - two white lions! Two majestic brothers - Pascha and Uganda have arrived at their new home and are very rare and endangered too, so it's the perfect chance to see these in their uniquely designed enclosure.
The park is also home to The Parrot Zoo Trust, one of the largest Parrot rescue centres in the world🦜
You can interact with the animals by feeding 100’s of parrots as they land on your shoulder within the amazing Walkthrough Experience or purchase food for the cheeky Meerkat family in their Western Town.
Another resident of the park is Nigel the puma - sadly he has deteriorating vision, which will cause him difficulties in old age, however the park are fundraising at the moment to build him a state of the art sensory enclosure, which will be able to offer him a full, long and satisfying quality of life even when his vision disappears altogether. More about their fundraising for Nigel can be found here.
The park is fully accessible for wheelchair users, with low viewing points and plenty of picnic areas to stop and refuel. You can also get freshly cooked meals, drinks and snacks from The Rainforest Diner while the children play happily on the adventure play ground.
