Your journey begins with a guided walk across the South Ormsby Estate, where winding hedgerows and open fields hold the very botanicals that flavour our gins. Along the way, discover how seasonal ingredients are foraged and selected, and hear the stories of the land that shapes them.
After your walk, settle in for a guided tasting of our handcrafted autumnal gins. From spiced warmth to crisp, fresh notes, each glass reflects the character of the season and the countryside it came from.
This is more than a tasting, it's a chance to experience the spirit of autumn from field to glass.
You are kindly asked that dogs are left at home.
