From Wednesday 4th August to Saturday 31st August 2021, we're giving members the opportunity to win a free twin pack of Gadsby's Celebration Cupcakes as part of our 160th birthday celebrations! 🥳

To be in with a chance, all members need to do is shop with their dividend card between the above dates and every 160th member to shop in each of our stores will win. 🎈

These delicious cakes will also be sold in-store with 10p from every sale going to local breakfast clubs through our Community Champions scheme.

How to participate;

1. To take part, entrants must be a Lincolnshire Co-op member, hold a dividend card and shop in a food store

2. Purchase required. Dividend Card must be provided at time of payment to qualify for entry.

Restrictions;

4. Entry is limited to 1 per member per trading day and is irrespective of usage in different stores.

5. The Promoter is not liable for any technical issues which prevent entry to the promotion.

Opening and Closing Dates;

6. The promotion runs from 4th – 31st August 2021

The Prize;

7. Every 160th member will receive a voucher which can be exchanged for a free pack of Gadsby’s 2 Celebration Cupcakes.

8. The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

9. The winner will receive their prize instantly upon notification. The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winners. The Promoter is not responsible if a winner does not receive notification.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.

Acceptance;

11. The Promoter cannot accept liability for any system failures, network errors, website unavailability, hacks on the system, personal computer issues or any other issue out of our reasonable control.

12. The Promoter's decision is final in every situation (including any not covered by these terms and conditions).

13. Entry to the prize draw shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them.

14. The prize draw and the terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
