We’ve started work on our new food store in Gainsborough!
It's located on a site on Corringham Road and we hope to open the doors in autumn 2023.
Items from our popular Love Local range will be available in store, which includes local and delicious produce from Uncle Henry’s, and a variety of tasty flavours from Blyton Ice Cream.
You'll also be able to pick up your everyday essentials including fruit and veg, 100% British meat, fresh and frozen goods, chilled beers and wines and freshly baked bread, pastries and sweet treats from Gadsby's in Southwell.
Soon, we'll be looking for new colleagues to form the team at Corringham Road - keep a look out for job opportunities on social media and on our vacancies website.
Lincolnshire Co-op is an independent co-op, we recycle our profits locally, and provide a range of valued services in our communities.
Near this new store, we have food stores in Morton and on Heapham Road, a travel branch, pharmacy and post office on Market Street, a pharmacy on Vanessa Drive and a funeral home on North Street.

Our Community Champions scheme is our way of making lives better in our communities, by supporting local groups in need of extra funding.
We combine the efforts of our members, colleagues and customers to support hundreds of charities and good causes.
A donation is made to the local Community Champion every time a member shops with their dividend card. Our colleagues host fundraising events, and there's collection boxes in store for customers to donate their change too. To find out more, click here.
