Christmas comes early on a Turkey & Tinsel break! Enjoy the festive season twice this year with sherry and a mince pie on arrival, a traditional Christmas lunch and festive entertainment. Get into the festive spirit in Blackpool.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Blackpool
Local departure by coach, then on to Blackpool and our hotel for four nights. We enjoy a sherry and mince pie on arrival to get us into the spirit of the season. After check in enjoy a pre-dinner drink in the lounge before dinner with your fellow passengers and an evening of entertainment.

Day 2 - Lake District
Today we enjoy an included drive to the Lake District and the popular lakeside town of Bowness.  Located between Waterhead and Lakeside on the shore of Lake Windermere, Bowness has a pleasant town centre and glorious setting and is consequently one of the most visited towns in the Lake District. Enjoy time at leisure to admire the beautiful Victorian and Edwardian architecture, browse the local shops or relax and watch the boats sail by on the lake, the choice is yours!  

We return to the hotel in time for our 'Christmas Dinner' followed by evening entertainment.

Day 3 - Oswaldtwistle Mills & Blackpool Illuminations by Tram
This morning we enjoy an included visit to Oswaldtwistle Mills, an award-winning shopping village. A former weaving mill with hundreds of years of history, it now has over 100 retailers all under one roof offering gifts, textiles, fashion and more. Perfect place to do some Christmas shopping and pick up some gifts for friends and family.

We return to Blackpool in the afternoon for an earlier dinner before we enjoy one of the highlights of the trip to view the Blackpool Illuminations by tram. You will be collected outside the hotel for a journey on this iconic form of transport to marvel at the stunning illuminations. We will then return to the hotel where you can enjoy the rest of the evening's entertainment.

Day 4 - Day at leisure or Southport
Relax in Blackpool or join our optional excursion to Southport this morning. From the pier and coastline to the bustling shops on Lord Street there is an air of Victorian elegance everywhere you turn.

We return to the hotel for your last evening to enjoy dinner and evening entertainment.

Day 4: Southport (Optional Excursion)

2027: From £14.00pp

This optional excursion is available to pre-book, or you can book during your tour.

Day 5 - We depart the hotel this morning full of festive cheer and return home.
