The Lincolnshire Co-op is the controller responsible for your personal data. We collect and process your personal data the purposes of improving our services, obtain feedbacks from you, when you visit our stores or use our services, manage and resolve any complaint you register with us, monitor, analyze and report the results and findings through our surveys.

This privacy notice provides information on how we collect and process your personal data when you complete our surveys.

For the purpose of this survey, we will collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you such as full name, email address, and your feedback about our service, when you complete this survey. We will only retain the data for 3 months after the completion of the survey.

We will only use your personal data for the purpose for which we collected it which includes the following:

• To enable you to participate or complete a survey.

We may share your personal data within the Lincolnshire Co-op group of companies or with our web developer for support services or trouble shooting.
