Property information

Property is an important part of Lincolnshire Co-op's work.

Not only do we need sites for our outlets to trade from but our members need places in which to live and work. Many other local businesses need premises too.

As well as our trading outlets, we have over 100 flats and houses which we let to provide homes for families and individuals.

We also have almost 600 commercial properties including shops, offices, industrial units and healthcare premises which we let to other businesses to provide services that enhance the communities that we serve, and to provide employment for local people.

As property owners we've been able to develop retail parks, medical centres, and local facilities for our members across our trading area.

Sometimes we work in partnership with others to create major new facilities such as Lincoln's Carlton Centre. This was developed on the site of a former dairy and adjoining land on the north east of Lincoln and now provides a major new community with around 900 homes, over 11,000sqm retail space, a crèche, dental surgery and offices.
