An ever-developing central shopping centre in the heart of a busy market town.
Located on Southgate, in the middle of Sleaford, the Riverside Centre is home to some wonderful small businesses, offering a diverse range of products that cater for a wide audience.
Why not pop for a drink and some cake at Costa Coffee, get your hair done at Envvy and have your eyes tested at Dixons. Or pick up some presents at Dee's Gifts, buy a card from Card Factory and then send them at the post office!
We're working alongside local businesses, including our agents Banks Long & Co, to create a sense of community in this busy thoroughfare connecting different areas of the town.

New services coming to Riverside
Charity Sleaford New Life Church with its Community Impact Team has taken over units at the rear of the centre.
Sleaford Community Grocers opened in July and within its first month gained roughly 1,200 members, exceeding their expectations. The community grocers accepts surplus food from sources such as retailers or manufacturers, tackling food waste and supporting members to provide for their families. People will pay a yearly membership fee of £5 and then, will be able to purchase up to £25 worth of goods for just £6 twice weekly. They’ll also be able to take advantage of recipe cards and demonstrations illustrating cookery skills.
New Life Community Impact has also begun work to transform another part of the building into a space for the town’s young people, becoming a new home to Sleaford Youth Club, currently based at Sleaford Children’s Centre. This would enable the charity to expand and offer weekday and school holiday activities. Along with this, there are plans to open a Community café in the coming months.
The charity has further plans for the site including a space for mental health support groups, as well as outreach advice services for issues like utilities, budgeting, digital and employment support.
