Contractors are on site building a new Lincolnshire Co-op outlet in Swineshead which will include a food store and a new home for our busy pharmacy.

The £1.6m outlet in High Street is planned to open in July this year. The pharmacy will relocate from its current premises, also in High Street.

Our food store will feature a wide range of products including our Love Local range, an in-store bakery, chilled beers and wines, fresh fruit and vegetables, groceries and lots of chilled space offering food-to-go and meal options.

There will be LED lighting and a heat reclamation system fitted to save energy.

Recruitment will soon start this month for the 15 food store jobs that will be created, including a manager, team leaders and customer services assistants. Vacancies are advertised on our jobs website: http://jobs.lincolnshire.coop

The team from the existing Swineshead Pharmacy will transfer over to the new unit. The purpose-built pharmacy space will offer customers and colleagues a much-improved experience, including a private consultation room and a larger dispensing area.
