Thriving colleagues

Lincolnshire Co-op is celebrating superstar colleagues who have gone above and beyond, as part of its THRIVE Spotlight Awards.

The awards are a way to recognise colleagues who are living the society’s THRIVE values; trustworthy, helpful, respectful, inspiring, valued and empowered. The winners have been nominated by their fellow colleagues.

A panel made up of colleague judges help select a winner and runner-up for each category. The prize for the winning category is £100 and £50 for runners-up, and everyone will be presented with a certificate.

Here’s what some nominations said:

“Her dedication, resilience, teamwork and positive approach truly embody the THRIVE values.”

“He celebrates successes, recognises hard work, and ensures that individuals feel their input matters.”

“Without her dedication and consistent support, the smooth running of many aspects of our workplace would not be possible.”
