If you love delicious, local produce, you knead to try this brand new product from from Gadsby's Bakery!

Packs of four rich, buttery brioche rolls will be arriving in food stores this week, and we’ve created the ultimate brioche breakfast bap to celebrate.

Using Fairburn's eggs, Lincolnshire Quality sausages and mushrooms, you can easily create this for an indulgent weekend treat – just follow along with our video.

If big breakfasts aren’t your thing, we’ve got a few suggestions for how you can best enjoy your brioche…

- Upgrade your buns for a gourmet taste. Cook up some Lincolnshire quality beef burgers and use our brioche for a twist on a classic. Top with Cote Hill cheese and Lymn Bank Farm chutney.

- Bend the rules and replace plain bread with sliced brioche to create a luxurious bread and butter pudding.

Pick up a pack for £1 from your local food store and get creative.
