Banana Oat Pancakes

🥞Super simple and naturally sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups oats
  • 1 cup milk (soy or dairy)
  • 1 banana

Method:

  1. Blend oats → flour.
  2. Blend with banana + milk (can be dairy or dairy free alternative).
  3. Rest batter 5–10 min.
  4. Cook in lightly oiled pan.

👉 Uses whole ingredients and can avoid added salt or baking powder to keep sodium low.


Top tip... To make thick American-style pancakes, simply replace the plain flour with a mug of self-raising flour.
