A fruity mojito mocktail 🍹
SERVES: 2
Cut 1 lime into 6 wedges and divide between two jam-jars or collins glasses. Mash with a fork to release juices. Place pineapple juice, mint leaves and two handfuls of ice in a blender and whizz to crush the ice. Pour into glasses and top up with ginger beer. Decorate with mint sprigs to serve.
