Gingerbread fizz cocktail (V)

There's nothing like the smell of gingerbread to add some spice to the festive season. But if you're not a baker, try this cocktail. It's made with cordial from our Love Local range and is much easier than building a gingerbread house...  

Ingredients

4 tsp Belvoir Ginger Cordial

2 tsp Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold rum

Chilled Co-op Prosecco

1 lemon

Method

  1. Mix together the ginger cordial and rum in a little jug and divide equally between two champagne flutes or saucers. 
  2. Top up each of the glasses with prosecco. 
  3. Slice two discs of lemon zest out of the lemon, cut a slit in each and serve one on the side of each glass.
