Chorizo and chilli mini pizzas

Having a big Christmas do and want something to wow guests? These simple to make chorizo and chilli mini pizzas make the perfect party canapes leaving family and friends in high spirits.

Ingredients 

Method

  1. Pop 2 pitta breads on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread each pitta with 1 tbsp of Just Like Your Grannies chutney.
  3. Grate 100g of Lincolnshire Poacher cheese into a bowl and roughly chop 100g of chorizo into small pieces.
  4. Stir the two together before scattering over the pitta breads.
  5. Cook at 200°C/180°C fan/Gas 6 for 6-8 mins or until golden and bubbling.
  6. Season with black pepper, cut into wedges and serve.
