Chilli chocolate and popcorn lollies (V)


A cold, creamy treat on a hot day with an extra kick.

SERVES 6      


  • 1/2 red chilli, seeds removed
  • 250ml Co-op semi-skimmed milk
  • 100g Co-op milk chocolate (Fairtrade)
  • 100g condensed milk
  • 25g Co-op sweet and salted popcorn 


  1. Put the chilli in a pan with the milk, break in the chocolate and heat gently until melted.
  2. Take off the heat, remove the chilli, and leave to cool slightly.
  3. Add the condensed milk, stir, then pour into lolly moulds.
  4. Put lolly sticks in each, crush the popcorn and sprinkle over the top.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
