Breakfast burritos
			
		Make your breakfast burrito-ful 😍 It’s like a fry up… but in a wrap! 😋
INGREDIENTS
- 100g Co-op spinach
 - 6 slices Co-op chorizo, chopped
 - 2 large eggs from Fairburn's Eggs
 - 2 tbsp Co-op semi-skimmed milk
 - 150g can baked beans
 - 2 Co-op tortillas
 - 3 sundried tomatoes in oil, drained and roughly chopped
 - 2 tbsp hot chilli sauce
 - Serve with a handful rocket (optional)
 
METHOD
- Set a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat and stir fry the spinach for 2-3 mins until wilted
 - Set aside
 - Wipe the pan and cook the chorizo for 1 minute, then set aside
 - Add the eggs and milk to the pan and stir until scrambled
 - Tip into a bowl and wipe the pan clean again
 - Meanwhile, heat the beans according to the pack instructions
 - Heat each tortilla in the pan for 5-10 seconds on each side, then fill with the egg, spinach, chorizo, beans, sundried tomato and chilli sauce
 - Fold the edge nearest to you over the filling and fold in the sides to make a parcel
 - Serve with rocket, if you like
