Banana, cinnamon and oat shake (V)

A quick and easy drink which tastes great and just the thing to kick start a healthy 2020! 

SERVES 2   READY IN 5MINS (V)

Ingredients

  • 400ml Co-op semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 Co-op Fairtrade bananas, roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Co-op oats
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, plus extra for the all important sprinkling

What to do

  1. Add all the ingrdients to a blender and blitz on high until combined and frothy
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and chill in the fridge
  3. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
