Colleagues going above and beyond

Image of THRIVE-slider.png for Colleagues going above and beyond

Lincolnshire Co-op is recognising colleagues who have gone the extra mile, as part of its THRIVE Spotlight Awards.

The awards are a way to celebrate colleagues who are living the society’s THRIVE values; trustworthy, helpful, respectful, inspiring, valued and empowered. The winners have been nominated by their fellow colleagues.

A panel made up of colleague judges help select a winner and runner-up for each category. The prize for the winning category is £100 and £50 for runners-up, and everyone will be presented with a certificate.

Here’s what some nominations said:

“Her ability to stay on top of all the details, while keeping everything running smoothly, has been invaluable.”
