2024 Half Yearly Members' Meeting
Our in-person event is now fully booked but you can still join us online! Watch live from home, vote in the motions and take part in the Q&A. Members joining online will receive £5 dividend.
If you've booked to join us in-person and need to change or cancel your booking, click here. Alternatively, please contact our Membership Team on 01522 781 135 (lines are open Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm) or by email at membership@lincolnshire.coop
Please do let us know if you can't make it so we can make the places available to other members.
For members who cannot make it to the Center Parcs in person, we will be broadcasting our meeting live on the day (and a recording of it will be available on this page a few days later).
Access to the meeting (via Lumi's platform) will be available from 10am on Saturday 8th June 2024, with the live broadcast starting at 11am; however, please note that your ability to vote* will not be enabled until the presenter formally declares each vote open.
Details of how to vote online will be explained during the meeting.
You will still be able to ask your questions and vote on important matters from home, and as a thank you for joining us we will be crediting your account with £5 dividend** on Tuesday 11th June 2024.
You don't need a microphone or a camera on your device to take part in the meeting. However, as the meeting includes voting*, if there is more than one member in your household, you'll need 1 device per member** to cast individual votes.
There will be a message function which you can use to type in your question and then it will be read out during the Q&A session during the meeting.

Please submit your questions in advance by emailing membership@lincolnshire.coop or calling 01522 781 135 (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays). You can also submit a question on a postcard at the venue, or through the Lumi platform if you’re joining online.
We won't be taking questions live from the floor at this event to ensure we get through as many questions as possible in the time available.
We'll post questions and answers on our website in the week following the event as usual. We'll also be issuing a survey to get feedback on the event including the Q&A so please take the time to give us your thoughts.
