Back in 2012, Mark and Mary Easterbrook transformed their original farm buildings, situated just outside of East Markham, into the now microbrewery.

Back in 2012, Mark and Mary Easterbrook transformed their original farm buildings, situated just outside of East Markham, into the now microbrewery. 

The name for the brewery comes from the old cottage next door which used to be a Pheasantry. 

Their locally made beers are brewed using traditional methods from malted barely, hops, water and yeast. 

In our stores you'll be able to pick up:

Excitra Golden Ale = Bright golden orange with a pungent punch and an expeditious use of the citra hop. 

Dancing Dragonfly = The palest golden beer packed with peachy, exotic fruit flavours.

Lincoln Tank Ale = A classic English amber ale. Malty, hoppy, soft and moorish.

Best Bitter = Well balanced copper coloured beer with fruity highlights and a hoppy finish.

Pale Ale = A light slightly dry modern pale ale.

Pilsner Lager = A combination of a lager malt and a traditional Bavarian hops create a premium tasting, light refreshing lager. Exclusively made for Lincolnshire Co-op.
