New dividend cards are here!

New-card-Love-Local.jpg

This summer we’ll be replacing all members' dividend cards with a brand new card and key fob which should arrive by Friday 11th August.

Please sign your new card and key fob as soon as you receive them and start using them straight away. You can dispose of your old dividend card as this will stop working on Monday 4th September.

Your dividend balance will be available on your new card and key fob when it arrives. To see your balance please check your till receipt the next time you shop with us or sign in to our website.

Don’t forget you can spend your dividend balance as full or part-payment, just let us know at the till if you’d like to spend your dividend at any time.

Check out our new app...

You can also download our brand new dividend card app. It’s the easiest way to collect and spend dividend if you don’t always have your card with you. Download the app now by searching for ‘Dividend Card’ on the App Store or Google Play. You can also find out more information about the app on our website.

To sign in you'll need your six digit dividend card number and the password from your online account on our website.

If you've not signed up to our website yet, you'll need to do this first before signing in to the app. Click here to sign up now.

After signing in to the app for the first time, you'll be prompted to set a four digit pin code to use each time you then access it.

If you haven’t received your new card and fob by Friday 11th August, please get in touch as it’s possible that your details may not be up to date on our system. Don’t worry though, you can contact the Membership team on 01522 781 135 (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm) and we’ll get your new card and fob out to you as soon as possible.

If you’d like more information about the new dividend card, please visit our online help centre or click here to contact us for further help.
