2025 Half Yearly Members' Meeting

Our Half Yearly Members' Meeting returns to Center Parcs, Sherwood Forest on Saturday 7th June 2025.

All in-person attendees MUST book their place in advance and MUST be members of Lincolnshire Co-op (under 13s must be linked to an adult membership).

All attendees must attend the meeting, which will start at 11am, for approx. 1 hour.

After the meeting has closed, members will be given a wristband which allows them access to the Swimming Paradise for the rest of the day. Please note without this wristband you will not be able to access this facility.

The buffet lunch will be in two sittings after the meeting, members will be allocated a sitting upon arrival.

Booking

Please use the links below to book your tickets. All attendees must be members of Lincolnshire Co-op or children under 13 must be linked to an adult membership.

Photo and filming

This event will be broadcast live to our online audience and a recording of the meeting will be published on our website. There will be 'no film zones' within The Venue should you wish to not be on camera.

As part of our commitment, and in line with Center Parcs own sustainability pledges, we encourage members to car share where possible to this event.

We are also providing free return coach to/from Lincoln on a first come, first served basis.

The coach will pick up from the coach pick up point on Unity Square (near City Centre Premier Inn), LN2 5AW at 8:30am prompt and be a non-stop service to Center Parcs, Sherwood Forest.

The coach will then depart Center Parcs at 6pm prompt and be a non-stop service back to Unity Square (near City Centre Premier Inn), LN2 5AW.

You can book a space on the coach as part of your booking process for the in-person event.

For members who cannot make it to Center Parcs in person, we will be broadcasting our meeting live on the day (and a recording of it will be available on this page a few days later).

Access to the meeting (via Lumi's platform) will be available from 10am on Saturday 7th June 2025, with the live broadcast starting at 11am; however, please note that your ability to vote* will not be enabled until the presenter formally declares each vote open.

Details of how to vote online will be explained during the meeting.

You will still be able to ask your questions and vote on important matters from home, and as a thank you for joining us we will be crediting your account with £5 cashback** on Tuesday 10th June 2025.

You don't need a microphone or a camera on your device to take part in the meeting. However, as the meeting includes voting*, if there is more than one member in your household, you'll need 1 device per member** to cast individual votes.

There will be a message function which you can use to type in your question and then it will be read out during the Q&A session during the meeting.

Q&A Update
Please submit your questions in advance by emailing membership@lincolnshire.coop or calling 01522 781 135 (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays). You can also submit a question on a postcard at the venue, or through the Lumi platform if you’re joining online.

We'll post questions and answers on our website in the week following the event as usual. We'll also be issuing a survey to get feedback on the event including the Q&A so please take the time to give us your thoughts.

Voting

*you must be 16+ and have been a member for six months or more to vote.


Online attendees

**If you are joining us online, it is one device per person per vote, therefore the member signed into the broadcast will be who receives the £5 cashback.

Members attending in-person will not be eligible for the £5 cashback.


In-person attendees

All attendees must be members of Lincolnshire Co-op, or if under 13, linked to an adult membership account.

Attendees must present their booking confirmation for each person upon arrival at the Parc arrivals lodge. Attendees must then present their dividend app/card/key fob on arrival at The Venue inside the resort where the meeting is taking place.


Sub- Tropical Swimming Paradise

If you intend to enjoy the Sub-Tropical Swimming Paradise as part of your visit, please make a note of Center Parcs swimming rules here, particularly about adult to child ratios.


Buffet Lunch

Free buffet lunch provided to members attending in-person, pre-booking is essential. Lunch will be served in two allocated sittings.

As part of the booking process, members can advise of any dietary/allergy requirements, which will be passed onto Center Parcs.


Upon arrival at Center Parcs your car will be directed to one of their drive-thru arrival lodges where you will need to show your booking confirmation.


PLEASE NOTE: Only those pre-booked to attend and able to show their booking confirmation will be allowed to enter the resort, so please bring the PDF with you - either printed or shown on your mobile phone.

Upon exiting the arrival lodge you will be directed to our dedicated car parks. Here you will find resort stewards ready to show you the route to The Venue inside the resort, where our event will take place.

It is approx. a 10 minute walk from the car park to The Venue. The route is paved and relatively flat. An accessible mini-bus is available from the car park to The Venue for those that need it. Please make yourself known to stewards in the car park, who will provide instructions.

Please make your way to The Venue where members will need to show their dividend app/card/key fob to sign in. Our colleagues will be situated along the walking route to provide directions if needed. Look out of them in blue Hi-Viz vests.

On the day...

08:30am: If you've booked coach transport, the coach departs Unity Square (near City Centre Premier Inn), LN2 5AW, at 8:30am sharp.
09:30am:
Resort opens for arrivals - refreshments will be available upon arrival at The Venue.
10:30am: Last entry to the resort.
11:00am:
Meeting and live broadcast starts.
12:00pm:
Meeting ends, lunch sitting one begins.
12:30pm:
Lunch sitting two begins.
After your lunch sitting: You are welcome to enjoy the rest of the resort at your leisure until it closes at 10pm.
6:00pm: If you've booked coach transport, the coach departs Center Parcs at 6pm sharp and is a non-stop journey back to Unity Square (near City Centre Premier Inn), LN2 5AW.

Join in

Members are encouraged to join in with the meeting. If you're eligible to vote, you'll be given a voting device and smartcard upon sign in. You'll need this to vote during the meeting. If you want to ask a question, these must be submitted in advance to the Secretary at membership@lincolnshire.coop or by telephone to 01522 781 135 (Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5pm). Alternatively, you can do this at The Venue by filling in a postcard and popping it in our post box near the registration desk.

Swimming Paradise

After the meeting, members will be given a wristband which will allow them free access to the Swimming Paradise. Entry to the Swimming Paradise will not be allowed without this wristband. Other activities on the resort will require prior booking and are chargeable - please see more details at the Center Parcs ticketing offices onsite.

Please remember to bring your belongings for the day with you, to save a walk back to the car park. However, please note there is limited storage at The Venue and all items are brought and left at own risk.

Transport

If you've booked coach transport please note the departure times outlined above. Please make sure you are at the designated pick up point at least 10 minutes before the departure time. The pick-up point for the return will be communicated separately and displayed at The Venue on the day. The coach will depart promptly as outlined above, we cannot be held responsible for the late arrival of passengers or passengers not being at the correct pick up point. If the coach departs without you, alternative transport will be your responsibility. The coach will not stop along the route for alternative drop-offs. This is a non-stop service between Center Parcs and Unity Square Coach Stop. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Only members who have pre-booked a space on the coach will be permitted to travel.
