AMM Eshot 500px x 350px

This year we're hosting our Annual Members' Meeting (AMM), which will take place on Tuesday 12th December 2023.

Members are welcome to join us in-person at The Epic Centre, Lincolnshire Showground.

Doors will open at 4pm for our Christmas Market and exhibition, light refreshments will also be served on arrival. The members' meeting will start at 7pm.

To make sure everyone has the chance to take part in the AMM, the meeting will also be broadcast online. This means if you choose to join us from home, you'll be able to watch the meeting, cast your vote on the motions* and submit questions for our Q&A session.

5 dividend AMM

As a thank you for joining us and voting on such important matters, £5 worth of dividend** will be paid on Thursday 14th December 2023, to all members who have signed into the meeting, whether that's in person at the venue or online.

Members are welcome to come along to our Christmas Market, which will be held in the West Hall of the Epic Centre, at Lincolnshire Showground from 4pm - 9pm (it will remain open whilst our member's meeting is on in the East Hall).

🎁 Our biggest market yet will be brimming with local suppliers, giving you a chance to pick up some last-minute presents and gifts at special prices (card payments only).

🎄 The market includes our family of businesses, who will be ready to answer any queries you might have, and have lots of activities for you to take part in.

☕ Not only that but you will be able to meet our Board of Directors in our refreshment area - a great opportunity to chat with them outside of the meeting.

Our members' meeting will be held in the East Hall of the Epic Centre.

The meeting will start at 7pm and gives members an opportunity to find out more about what we've been up to, ask questions and vote* on important matters.

You will be asked to sign in with your dividend card, fob or app before entering the meeting area.

All members' who have signed in and taken part in the meeting will have £5 worth of dividend added to their accounts on Thursday 14th December 2023, as a thank you for joining us and voting on such important matters.

You'll also then be served a food-to-go bag to take home.
