About Lincolnshire Honey
The Pont family and their bees have been making honey from the fields and hedgerows around Lincoln for four generations. A working Bee Farming business based in Doddington, Lincolnshire Honey is currently run by Neil and Ollie Pont.
The varieties of honey they produce locally in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire include rapeseed, field bean, lime tree, hawthorn and sycamore. This is extracted without heating, unpasteurised, and unfiltered to produce pure, natural honey.
