About Docks Beers

Putting the ‘graft into craft beer’, Docks Beers are the first locally-produced craft canned beers to be sold by Lincolnshire Co-op.

Opening their doors in October 2018, Shaz Shadan and Will Douglas have been paving the way for craft beers in the area ever since. Their taproom on the Grimsby docks is packed from the minute the doors open until the last orders are called.

Shaz and Will pride themselves in the work ethic behind everything they do, from creating flavours that are punchy enough for everyone to enjoy drinking to designing artwork on their cans which represents the heritage of the area. Proud of their roots, they take the same approach in the brewing of all their craft beers.

'Hard Graft', a session pale ale, packs a powerful, pine flavour and 'Never Say Never' is an IPA with a tropical and citrus kick - both go great with a side of fish and chips, especially fitting in Grimsby!

They also offer brewery tours, where you can see the brewing process first hand and of course, taste their ales.
