Ethical, fair, co-operative

As one of the most profitable independent consumer co-operatives in the UK, we're proud to be able to offer a wide range of services from our family of businesses.

Lincolnshire Co-op employs over 2,900 people throughout Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire and Norfolk and we're always growing.

As a co-operative, we're committed to the ethical principles which are important to our members, such as Fairtrade and sourcing products locally.

Because community matters...

We recycle ALL our profits locally. We do this by sharing dividend with our members, investing in new and improved services, our Community Champions scheme, giving grants and donations to local community groups, charities and schools.

Many of our colleagues are involved in the community by volunteering their time or expertise to local groups or by raising money for good causes.

A sense of fair play

We're committed to equality and fair play, so we ensure that people are selected on the basis of their skills, experience and suitability for the position they applied for. That's why we meet the Disability Confident Employer standard.

Our colleagues are encouraged to develop themselves, help others and work to exceed expectations in their everyday role.
