Annual leave

30 days including bank holidays - increasing to 36 days with service.

Communications

We share what is happening across the Society through a variety of formats including a quarterly staff magazine, a monthly newsletter, team meetings, intranet and staff noticeboards.

Credit Union (Beewise)

Exclusive to Lincolnshire Co‑op, a savings scheme, with loans available currently up to maximum of £5,000.

Death in service

In the unfortunate circumstances of your death whilst in service with the Society your family will receive help and assistance with your dispersal costs from our Funeral Service.

For those employees who are in the Pension Scheme a lump sum equal to three times your current salary is payable to your estate if you die whilst in service.

Employees' Association

Pay rates

Pay rates are negotiated annually between the co‑operative Employers Association and our trade unions. Our basic rates of pay compare favourably with competitor rates.

Payroll giving

Profit related dividend

An annual share of the Society profits to all members. Previous years include as much as £4.8 million being shared out between members.

Discretionary Staff bonus

Paid half yearly to all employees, based upon the Society's performance and calculated as a percentage of weekly wage.

Staff discount

Discount on all Society products and services available to all employees who have successfully completed their probationary period.

Staff suggestion scheme

Published staff suggestions and ideas to improve the Society's performance in pursuit of our mission receive awards ranging from £25 to a maximum of £1,000 for the 'Suggestion of the Year.'
