Annual leave

Communications

We share what is happening across the Society through a variety of formats including a quarterly staff magazine, a monthly newsletter, team meetings, intranet and staff noticeboards.

Membership

All colleagues are encouraged to become members of Lincolnshire Co‑op and to participate in our democratic affairs.

Purpose and approach

Our purpose and approach is Integrated throughout the Society in our practices, policies and procedures.

Pay rates

Pay rates are negotiated annually between the Co‑operative Employers Association and our trade unions. Our basic rates of pay compare favourably with competitor rates.

Payroll giving

Give to your favourite charity as you earn through payroll deduction.

Profit related dividend

An annual share of the Society profits to all members. 

Discretionary staff bonus

Paid half yearly to all colleagues, based upon the Society's performance and calculated as a percentage of weekly wage.

Staff discount

Discount on all Society products and services available to all colleagues who have successfully completed their probationary period.

Staff suggestion scheme

Published staff suggestions and ideas to improve the Society's performance in pursuit of our mission receive awards ranging from £25 to a maximum of £1,000 for the 'Suggestion of the Year.'

Training and development

A wide range of training and development opportunities to enable all colleagues to reach their full potential.

Uniforms

Issued free of charge where applicable and ensuring a smart and recognisable image for our customers.

Union membership
