Lincolnshire Co-op are proud to be an independent group of busy pharmacies, large enough to provide full professional support, but small enough to hear your views and treat you as an individual.
Our management team is comprised entirely of pharmacists, so we understand the professional needs and pressures of working in a complex healthcare environment.
With an internal training team of pharmacists and registered technicians, close regional links with a wide range of NHS organisations and an ever-growing partnership with the University of Lincoln School of Pharmacy, we can provide a high-quality Foundation Training Year working in one of our 49 community pharmacy branches throughout Lincolnshire and North Yorkshire.
You will receive support from your tutor, pharmacy team and Buttercups Training resources providing clinical study days, online learning materials, webinars and tutorials on calculations, clinical and pharmacy-based topics including exam preparation and revision.
We offer a broad Foundation Training Year experience across community pharmacy and general practice and provide services to a community hospital trust and Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. We encourage continuous learning and could offer development opportunities to grow and diversify during your career with us.
Community health pod – Last year our community health pod toured 18 locations giving over 1,000 health checks.
Once qualified, our pharmacists have varied and exciting roles working directly with community hospitals, community health clinics, GP surgeries and the University of Lincoln.
