Fully vaccinated customers and children under the age of 18 who are travelling with their vaccinated parents, are no longer required to take a pre-departure test before their arrival into England.

Later in October the day two PCR test will be replaced by a lateral flow test. Your holiday destinations may still have their own entry requirements, but our expert travel teams can help guide you through the process. You can also find the latest information on testing and quarantine rules here.

Before returning to the UK, you will need to complete a passenger locator form, available from It is also important to note that you may be required to complete a locator form for your chosen destination.

We are also recommending that you download the new NHS app. This will confirm your vaccination status. More info is available here You can download the app by following this link: NHS App

Customers without access to smart phones or the internet can request a vaccination status letter by calling 119, two weeks after having your second dose of the vaccine, or two weeks after a single-dose of the Janssen vaccine. You should receive the letter within 5 working days.

Passport rules have changed now we are not part of the EU. For adults, your passport validity is now counted 10 years from the issue date, and not the expiry date on your passport.

It is essential to check whether your passport is valid for travel to your chosen destination by visiting the UK government passport checker tool. You can find the tool here.
