Restore, Reflect & Recharge in the Mountains

Escape to the beautiful Lake District for a few days and replenish your diminished energy and give yourself some time to reflect.

Restore, Reflect & Recharge in the Mountains will give you the opportunity to do just that, to really live in the moment without distractions or unnecessary concerns. The core activity will be walking in the fabulous restorative countryside around Buttermere, following some classic Buttermere based routes such as Haystacks and Rannerdale knots.

Some of the walking will be in silence which allows you to connect with your surroundings and yourself. There will be time set aside for reflection and, if you are interested, resources to help with relaxation techniques that you can take away.

In addition, there will be opportunities to participate in some gentle yoga and short relaxation sessions. These activities will be suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. The yoga practice will also pay attention to those areas of the body that support walking activity.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?
  • Accommodation and all meals except one dinner (which can be taken in one of Buttermere’s village pubs)
  • Complimentary tea & coffee always available and cake after each walk day
  • Yoga and relaxation sessions
  • Private transport to and from the trailheads
  • Services of a dedicated tour leader

Prices from £675 per person* based on two people staying in a double ensuite room at Hassness Country House from Saturday 8th April 2023 for a four night stay on a full board basis. Other dates available - ask us for more details.
