Get 'Ready to work' with our new programme delivered in partnership with The Prince's Trust.

During this 2 day programme you’ll gain:

  • In-depth training in the retail industry.
  • Work experience at one of our 94 food stores.
  • Knowledge about stock rotation/control, good customer service and sales skills.
  • Improved teamwork, communication skills, confidence and much more.
  • Interview skills by undertaking a mock interview.
  • Possible opportunity to gain employment with Lincolnshire Co-op after the programme.

This programme is free of charge to young people aged 18-30, not in full time work, training or education and within travelling distance of Lincolnshire Co-op’s trading area.
