Our stores of the year

We've announced our Stores of the Year at a prestigious awards ceremony recognising service excellence and personal development.
‘Mystery shopper’ visits carried out by independent companies determined which outlets were crowned winners during a special evening at Lincolnshire Showground with scores peaking at 99 per cent.
Colleagues from across the Society also celebrated personal training achievements and staff who had gone above and beyond the call of duty were honoured with Gold, Silver and Bronze Employee of the Year Awards.
In 2015 more than 132,872 hours of formal training was completed on and off the job in subjects from first line management and food safety to funeral services, retail and pharmacy skills.
Twelve colleagues were also presented with awards for completing university qualifications ranging from foundationto Masters Degrees.

Food
Bronze Award, Crowle Food Store.
Silver Award, Navenby Food Store.
Gold Award, Kirton Lindsey Food Store.
Filling Station of the year, Winning Post, Lincoln.
