About Quack Eggs

Simon Lamyman’s family has been farming in South Lincolnshire for over a hundred years. Once a significant grower of potatoes, they diversified into keeping ducks for their eggs in 2005.

Hand-picked from their nest-boxes every morning, Quack duck eggs make exceptionally light cakes and bakes, crisp meringues and rich and creamy crème brulees. Their supreme flavour makes them a favourite for breakfasts.

Simon attributes their success in the niche duck egg market to an in-depth knowledge of how to care for their feathered friends. The ducks are free to roam in a spacious barn and the field outside. Their food is tailored to their individual dietary requirements and they have access to plenty of fresh running water.

Quack Eggs were awarded the Guild of Fine Food ‘Great Taste Award’ in 2016.
